Fractional laser resurfacing
What is fractional laser resurfacing?
Fractional laser resurfacing is laser peeling that removes the top layer of the skin. During the procedure, there is an active synthesis of collagen, which contributes to the rejuvenation of the skin.
Advantages of fractional laser resurfacing with a modern ERASER laser system
Fractional laser resurfacing with the modern ERASER new generation laser system is designed to solve a wide range of aesthetic problems:
- Elimination of fine lines and smoothing of deep wrinkles, skin lifting
- Skin remodeling (restoring skin structure)
- Treatment of pigmentation disorders (solar and senile lentigines, melasma)
- Removal of enlarged pores
- Removal of post-acne cicatrixes and surgical scars
- Striae treatment
During the fractional photothermolysis procedure, microthermal zones are created in the skin. The procedure triggers reactions aimed at splitting the photocoagulated elements and stimulating the formation of new cells of the basal layer (from which all layers of the epidermis are formed).
The ERASER laser procedure can be performed on areas with thin and sensitive skin (eyelids, neck, back of hands).
Skin rejuvenation course
Under the influence of regenerative signals, fibroblasts are activated, which leads to the active synthesis of structural components of the dermis: collagen and elastin, and dermal remodeling. As a result of the procedures, the skin is renewed, brightened, and tightened, its surface is evened, fine lines disappear and deep wrinkles are reduced.
The recommended number of procedures of the skin rejuvenation course
The course consists, on average, of 2-4 procedures, the effect lasts 1.5 — 2 years.
Cicatrix resurfacing course
Fractional laser treatment is also indicated for the correction of cicatrixes. The laser beam destroys cicatrical tissue, which leads to the activation of regeneration processes and skin remodeling: healthy tissue is formed in the cicatrix area. As a result of procedures, wide surgical cicatrices are evened out and become less noticeable, and thin scars and atrophic cicatrices become barely noticeable.
The recommended number of procedures of the cicatrice resurfacing
The course averages four to five treatments at intervals of three to six weeks.
One of the most popular indications for laser fractional treatment is vulvovaginal rejuvenation.
Skin healing takes from 3 to 7 days, depending on the depth of resurfacing, in 3 weeks after the procedure a full-fledged result will be visible.
During the entire course of treatment, it is necessary to avoid sunlight and use of sunscreens!
